Bie is a partner with 17 years experience in public utilities and government relations. Former chairwoman of the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin, Bie has a wide range of government experience and extensive knowledge of government regulation and licensing in the public utility industry. A resident of Madison, Wisconsin, Bie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
