Swan is responsible for legal, regulatory and environmental services as well as corporate strategy and communications for Alliant Energy. She also serves as President of Wisconsin Power & Light Company. A resident of Madison, Wisconsin, Swan earned a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She completed a Public Utility Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
