Solar is responsible for Arcadian Networks’ go-to-market strategy, as well as building the operational infrastructure to support that strategy. In this capacity, he will direct sales, marketing, business development and all other customer interaction.

Maddox has served in a variety of senior strategic policy, communications and political positions during his 25-year career, most recently serving as Counsel to the Livingston Group, a Washington lobbying firm in the practice areas of Energy and the Environment, International Relations, and Science, Technology and Telecom
Vice President of Business Development
Safi has held senior positions at SAP, Gilo Ventures, and BackFlip Software. With significant experience in strategic business development, product marketing, market and product penetration, and sales.
Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations
John’s telecommunications career includes work at CellularOne, AT&T Wireless Services and most recently Sprint Nextel where he held positions including Senior Director RF Engineering and Market Director.
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Dan serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the company. In this role, Dan oversees the company’s legal affairs including regulatory oversight, strategic transactions, and corporate compliance.
General Manager and Vice President Research and Development
Arnon Afgin directs research and development for Arcadian Networks Israel Ltd. Arnon is an algorithm engineer with extensive experience and management skills gained in defense forces and intelligence work as well as corporate hi-tech telecommunications.
